Follow these Steps to fix USB device not recognized in window

1. Right Click On Your Computer Icon and click on Device manager [click manage for window 10 user]

2. Go tor the device manager

3.  Right Click On unknown USB (device device descriptor request failed) and click uninstall device

4. Remove USB device from your PC

5. Now insert again USB device in your PC and now its working fine.
